x Due to the handmade nature of polymer clay jewelry, there may be minor imperfections on your pieces, such as small scratches or little bubbles. But all care is taken to ensure your jewelry is made as perfect as possible!

x Because of differences in displays, colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

What's included with my purchase?

Earrings will come with silicon backs for hypoallergenic purposes. Each piece is sanitised throughly with isopropyl alcohol before shipping, and will arrive with an alcohol wipe so you can clean your pieces before using. You'll also get a set of jewelry care instructions.

What materials do the earrings use?

Silver earring posts are made from titanium, one of the most hypoallergenic metals available for jewelry. Gold earrings posts and jump rings are made from 14k gold plate, a metal that is less likely to provoke a reaction in sensitive skin. Please see individual product listings for more information on metals used. All earring backings are made from silicon, as it's a hypoallergenic material, better suited for sensitive skin.

Sale Items:

All earring posts, hooks, and jump rings are made from hypoallergenic stainless steel. Gold jump rings are made from brass. Earring backings are also made from stainless steel.

If I purchase sales items, can I upgrade to titanium/14k gold plated materials?

Of course! Please add this upgrade option of $1 to your order, or if you've already made a purchase, drop us a note and we'll be happy to help!

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Singapore is at a flat rate of $5 – this includes doorstep delivery and tracking. Spend above $75 for free shipping!

International shipping is at a flat rate of $15.

How long will my order take to be processed?

Between 3-5 working days. If you're purchasing from The Feline Line (my made-to-order collection – more info further down this page), please add around 2 weeks for us to make your items. If there are any delays, we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know! 

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards and PayPal. If you're in Singapore, I accept PayNow/PayLah as well – just select Bank Deposit when making payment!

What is your refund and exchange policy? Can I return my jewelry?

Your satisfaction and happiness means the world to us. If you're unhappy with your purchase in any way, send us a message!

Due to hygiene purposes, we will not be accepting any exchanges. Refunds will be given if your purchase arrives damaged.

But in any case, please do send us a message – we always want to make sure that you're happy with your Cat Claws purchase!

What is The Feline Line?

The Feline Line is a selection of made-to-order jewelry. This on demand concept will help us reduce any creation of waste, because we only make these for you when you want them.

Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, pictures of the item may differ slightly from the final product you receive, but all care is taken to make each piece as consistent as possible.

Are the items permanently on your store?

Sort of. The great thing about small businesses (and part of why we started Cat Claws) is that everything is made in small batches, so you know not everyone is going to be wearing the same things.

So these designs and/or colour ways will be refreshed periodically, for us to keep this promise to you!

How long will my order take to be made?

Between 10-14 days depending on how many pieces you order, and how complicated your chosen design is. Don't worry – if there are any delays, we'll definitely contact you ahead of time!
